If a coil comes loose or detaches, a repair kit will usually fix it in minutes. Here's how to get one.

Free repair kit

We'll send a complimentary repair kit if:

• We can locate your original order in our system, and
• Your shoes are within the 5-year Z-Nut warranty period

Just email [email protected] with your name and approximate order date, and we'll take care of it.

If we can't find your order

If we can't verify your purchase, it may mean the shoes were bought secondhand — for example on eBay or through a private sale — which isn't covered under warranty. You're still welcome to purchase a repair kit directly from us here: 

What's in the kit

Screws, a long screw that doubles as a tool, and a tube of adhesive — everything needed to reattach a detached or loose coil.
