What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing or material defects affecting performance or structure.
- Applies for 90 days from date of delivery on Z-CoiL.com or Amazon purchases.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (like worn heel pads).
- Damage from misuse, modifications, or accidents.
What We’ll Do:
- We’ll fix or replace your shoes free of charge.
- If your style is no longer available, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement.
Long-Term Durability Support
While Z-CoiL’s steel coils are built to last a lifetime, some parts—like heel pads, z-nuts, and insoles—may wear out over time and need replacing.
