90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Covers manufacturing or material defects affecting performance or structure, for 90 days from date of delivery.

5-Year Z-Nut Warranty

The Z-Nut — the internal component that secures your coil to the shoe — is covered for 5 years from date of purchase. If your Z-Nut fails within that window, we'll send you a complimentary repair kit. See Z-CoiL Repair Kits for details.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as worn heel pads
• Damage from misuse, modifications, or accidents
• Shoes purchased secondhand, where we can't verify the original order

What we'll doWe'll repair or replace your shoes free of charge. If your style is no longer available, we'll offer an equivalent replacement.

Long-term durabilityZ-CoiL's steel coils are built to last a lifetime. Some parts — heel pads, Z-Nuts, and insoles — wear out over time and can be replaced without replacing the shoe.
