What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing or material defects affecting performance or structure.

• Applies for 90 days from date of delivery on Z-CoiL.com or Amazon purchases.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (like worn heel pads).

• Damage from misuse, modifications, or accidents.

What We’ll Do:

• We’ll repair or replace your shoes free of charge.

• If your style is no longer available, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement.
