Free Coil Size Exchange – Within 30 Days

Not feeling the perfect bounce? Whether your coil feels too soft, too firm, or you need a low arch adjustment, we’ll help you dial in the right setup.

Z-CoiL shoes come with four different spring strengths, pre-set based on your shoe size and average body weight. Most customers find the default coil perfect, but if you’re feeling too much or too little compression, it may be worth switching.

Spring Strength Guide:

• Small Spring: Women’s sizes 5–7 (up to 150 lbs)

• Medium Spring: Women’s sizes 8–11, Men’s sizes 8–9 (120–200 lbs)

• Large Spring: Men’s sizes 10–13 (160–240 lbs)

• XL Spring: Men’s size 14+ (220 lbs and up)

💡 Pro Tip:

Your coil should compress about 75% during normal walking.

• If you’re bottoming out (fully compressing the spring), try a stronger coil.

• If the shoe feels too stiff, a softer coil may improve comfort.
