Z-CoiL does not manufacture half sizes, but we’ve made it easy to fine-tune your fit! Every pair includes a 3mm insert designed to help adjust the shoe for those in-between sizes.

Here’s how to use it:

1. Remove the Insole – Take out the standard Z-CoiL insole from your shoe.

2. Add the 3mm Insert – Place the thin insert flat inside the shoe, where the insole was.

3. Reinsert the Insole – Put the black insole back on top of the insert.

That’s it! This quick adjustment helps create a snugger, more comfortable fit if you're between sizes.
