Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price of the product(s), but please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery are collected by your country’s customs agency and are non-refundable by Z-CoiL. However, you may be able to request a reimbursement for these fees by contacting your local customs office and providing proof of return.
