If you forgot to apply a promo code or placed an order right before a sale started, you may qualify for a one-time price adjustment—just contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, and the promo must still be active when you reach out.

Examples:

• Ordered Wednesday night and a sale starts Friday morning? Contact us before Friday night and we’ll apply the discount.

• Forgot to enter a code during checkout? Let us know within 48 hours—we’ll take care of it!
