How to Manage Shop Pay Installments in the Shop AppUpdated 9 days ago

Please note: Z-CoiL cannot access, view, or edit your Shop Pay Installment plan. Your payment schedule was created through Shop Pay based on your personal credit information. For any changes or questions regarding your payments, you must log in to your Shop Pay account or contact Shop Pay/Affirm directly.

1. Sign In to the Shop App

• Download or open the Shop app: Shop app on iOS | Shop app on Android

• Sign in using the email address you used at checkout.

• Enter the verification code sent to your email if prompted.

2. View Your Orders

• From the Home screen, scroll to find the relevant order.

• Tap on the order to open the Order Details.

3. Manage Installments

• Tap "View Installments" to:

  • See your payment schedule

  • Check past and upcoming payments

  • Make a manual payment

4. Make a Payment

• Tap "Make a payment" in the installments section.

• Choose how much you want to pay and select your payment method.

• Confirm the payment.

5. Adjust Automatic Payments

• In the Payment Options, toggle the switch to turn automatic payments on or off.

6. Pay Off Your Balance Early

• You can pay off your remaining balance anytime with no penalty by following the "Make a payment" steps and selecting the full balance amount.
