What to Do If Your Package Shows as Delivered but You Haven't Received It
We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your delivery!
Here’s what you need to know and the steps you should take:
1. Find Your Tracking Information
When your order shipped, we sent a tracking link to the email address you provided at checkout.
Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the shipping confirmation email, which includes the tracking number and carrier details.
If you can't find the email, you can also access your order tracking by logging into your Z-CoiL account.
2. Shipping Policy
Once a package leaves our facility, it is handled entirely by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). While we assist in the shipping process, we do not have control over the package once it has been handed to the carrier.
All Z-CoiL shipments are insured. If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, the carrier often provides a refund after an investigation.
3. What to Do Next
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
Check around your home or delivery area carefully (porches, garages, back doors, bushes, etc.).
Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package for you.
Contact your local carrier office (not the general hotline) — they often have more detailed information about your delivery.
If your package does not turn up, you should submit a claim directly with the carrier:
Submit a Claim with USPS - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Submit a Claim with UPS - https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page
Submit a Claim with FedEx - https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html
The carrier will guide you through their investigation and refund process.
4. Additional Notes
Because our shipments are insured, many customers are able to successfully receive a refund through the carrier if their package was lost or stolen.
Thank you for your understanding — and thank you for being a valued Z-CoiL customer!
