Gift Card Return Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except for small remaining balances where state law requires it. Because a gift card works like prepaid store credit that never expires, it is treated as a final sale and is not covered by our 30-day risk-free trial.

Returns on Items Purchased With a Gift Card

Items bought with a gift card are still covered by our standard 30-day return and exchange policy. If you return an item paid for with a gift card, your refund will go back onto the gift card rather than to a credit card or as cash. If your order was paid partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method, each portion will be refunded back to where it came from.
